Host Key verification failed

SSH CONNECTION ISSUE :

Issue :

While trying to transfer file from one server to another using scp it shows the following error message,

host key verification failed......

Solution :

The entry inside the known_hosts file having some key values to other server key values. Once u change the OS or upgrade, the key will be changed and we have to manually remove the key entriesinside the known_hosts file. Retry the connection.

Now everything fine.....................
