While running the accounting concurrent program, its completing with warning. The log file shows like, Unit Processor completed normally with some events in error
and The following REVERSAL events could not be processed. The event/process status is U/U: Note: this warning may be ignored for any events whose ledger is a cash-basis ledger

Profile Option : Concurrent:OPP Response Timeout
Internal Name : CONC_PP_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT
Description : Specifies the amount of time a manager waits for OPP to respond to its request for post processing.
Profile Option : Concurrent:OPP Process Timeout
Internal Name : CONC_PP_PROCESS_TIMEOUT
Description : Specifies the amount of time the manager waits for the OPP to actually process the request.
We need to increase the value of these profile options.
I have set to 2000 for both the profile options.
There is no optimum value and you have to set it according to your business needs and according to the number of reports you have and how big they are.

ReplyDeleteAs per the below comments, there is no optimal value to be set for this parameter and you can try keeping higher value for this to fix this issue. You can increase the value to say '36000' and try running the program. If that fixes your issue, keep it back to the original value.
